Canadian Para-Equestrian Committee Announces Election Results | Print |
January 22, 2010 — The Canadian Para-Equestrian Committee (CPEC) is pleased to announce the election of two members for positions on the Committee.

Gwynne Rooke of Stouffville, ON, and Maggie Murdoch of Orangeville, ON, both current CPEC members, were re-elected for a 2 year term following the voting process.   They join CPEC Chair, Isabel Reinertson along with Sharon Buffitt, Eleonore Elstone, Jane James and Sue Mott.
 
“I am delighted that we had an election, and pleased with the results,” remarked the Chair of the Canadian Para-Equestrian Committee, Isabel Reinertson. “I hope those very competent people who did not win the election will stand again in the future.”

Each of the elected positions is for a two-year term, which will begin on February 1st, 2010.
