The Competition Administration Policy (CAP)
This document outlines the process for granting an EC sanction (license). Also, it illustrates the responsibilities and time lines for EC, Provincial Associations and the EC sanctioned event-organizing committee.

Competition Day:


-Emergency Preparedness - Bio Safety

-Emergency Preparedness - Severe Weather

-Medical Card for armband (extras in case a competitor forgets or loses their card)

 

 

Safety Documents for Competition Day:

-Acknowledgement for Eliminated Riders

-Fall Report Form

-Fence Description Form (this form should be used as a reference when completing the Fall Report Form for the proper naming of fences)

-Accident and Injury Report Form

-Canadian Eventing Warning Red Cards

 

 

Post Competition Documents:

These documents must be submitted within 14 days of the completion of the competition. Please be sure to include all supplementary documentation.
